Questions

Common questions

How long before we can drive on it?+

Waterborne paint is typically dry to traffic in under an hour in good conditions. Epoxy and MMA need longer cure windows, which we plan into the schedule so your lot or lane reopens on time.

What time of year can you stripe?+

In the upper Midwest, the striping season generally runs spring through late fall. Pavement and air temperature both matter. We schedule early and work weather windows aggressively.

How often should a parking lot be restriped?+

Most commercial lots benefit from a re-stripe every one to two years depending on traffic volume, plowing, and whether the original was paint or epoxy.

Do you handle traffic control too?+

Yes. We self-perform traffic control on our own projects, including signage, devices, and certified flagging.

Can you remove old or incorrect markings?+

We remove markings by mechanical grinding or water blasting, chosen based on the pavement type and how much of the original surface needs to be preserved.
