Parking Lot Striping
From simple retail re-stripes to complex new layouts, we have the equipment and experience to do it right.

A parking lot is the first thing a customer sees and the last thing they walk across. Faded lines cost you stalls, create liability, and make a well-kept building look neglected. We restripe thousands of lots a season across the tri-state area, quickly, cleanly, and without shutting your business down.

We also run one of the only ride-on parking lot epoxy striping machines in the midwest, so property owners who are tired of an annual re-stripe can step up to a marking that holds for years.

Questions
Parking lot FAQ
Do you have to close the whole lot?+
Rarely. Most lots are striped in sections or overnight so the business stays open. We plan the phasing with you before the crew arrives.
Can you lay out a brand new lot?+
Yes. We take the site plan, field-verify dimensions, and chalk the layout before any paint goes down so you can approve stall counts and flow.
How long does paint last on a lot?+
Typically one to two years with waterborne paint depending on traffic and snow removal. Epoxy lasts considerably longer and is worth it on high-traffic entrances and drive aisles.
Do you handle ADA compliance?+
We stripe accessible stalls, access aisles, and symbols to current standards, and we'll flag layouts that don't meet requirements before we paint them.
