Good to know
Do I need experience to apply?+
No. Most crew members start with no striping background. We train on equipment, layout, materials, and safety from day one.
Is the work seasonal?+
Striping is weather-dependent, so field work peaks spring through late fall. Many positions are seasonal with strong returning-employee demand, and some roles run year-round.
Will I have to travel?+
Highway and airport projects can require overnight travel within Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa. Lodging and per diem are provided when you're away from home.
What are the hours like?+
Expect long days during the season, including some nights and weekends when lane closures require it. Overtime is common and paid.
