New Parking Lot Layout
We have experience in laying out and painting everything from a small restaurant, all the way up to a 4,000 stall multi-level parking ramp.
When laying out a new parking lot we take the time to make sure everything is done right the first time. We achieve this by focusing on the following:
Site plans are thoroughly reviewed. Are 2 coats of paint required? Are the stalls longer/shorter than normal? Are reflective glass beads required? Is there a Federal Specification TT-P-1952D paint requirement? Do the ADA handicap stalls require blue lines? Many of these things are often overlooked and are only caught by a final inspector. This usually ends up meaning delayed occupancy permits, delayed openings and a big headache!
Everything is laid out with chalk first. If there are questions, we ask before applying paint.
We always use lasers or string lines. You won’t see any “eyeballing it” with our team.
All stencils are made to fit the job requirements. You will not see us “free handing” any stencils.
