New Parking Lot Layout

We have experience in laying out and painting everything from a small restaurant, all the way up to a 4,000 stall multi-level parking ramp.

When laying out a new parking lot we take the time to make sure everything is done right the first time. We achieve this by focusing on the following:

  • Site plans are thoroughly reviewed. Are 2 coats of paint required? Are the stalls longer/shorter than normal? Are reflective glass beads required? Is there a Federal Specification TT-P-1952D paint requirement? Do the ADA handicap stalls require blue lines? Many of these things are often overlooked and are only caught by a final inspector. This usually ends up meaning delayed occupancy permits, delayed openings and a big headache!

  • Everything is laid out with chalk first. If there are questions, we ask before applying paint.

  • We always use lasers or string lines. You won’t see any “eyeballing it” with our team.

  • All stencils are made to fit the job requirements. You will not see us “free handing” any stencils.
